We use Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post to deliver your orders safely, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping to US PO Boxes is significantly more expensive and requires a manual price adjustment. We kindly ask you to use a physical street address whenever possible.
Production & Fulfillment Timelines
Because our Arcanestone terrains are artisan, handmade stone castings, our shipping timelines vary based on how you purchased your items:
- Crowdfunding Pledges (Kickstarter / Gamefound): These major campaigns represent large-scale workshop production runs and typically ship within 4 to 12 months, as outlined in the specific project schedule.
- Direct Made-to-Order Sales: Standard custom orders placed directly on our web store are cast, painted, and shipped within 2 business weeks.
- In-Stock Items: Occasionally, we have pre-cast items ready to go. These orders are securely packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our Canadian workshop. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
International & US Shipping Information
Orders shipping outside of Canada may occasionally experience customs clearance delays, though this is a rare occurrence. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local import fees or taxes upon receipt.
US Customers: Because our Arcanestone terrains are fully USMCA-certified, they are completely tariff-exempt.
