We use Purolator/UPS and Canada Post to ship depending on the destination. Shipping to US PO boxes is more expensive and will need manual ajustment, please use a different adress if possible.
All orders are handmade and shipped within 2 business week. (Most of our workforce is busy fulfilling kickstarter pledges)
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once you order left our workshop.
Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Orders shipping outside Canada could be delayed for customs clearance, but this is a rare occurance. All buyers are responsible for import fees if applicable, which must be paid by the customer upon receipt.
We have no control over the amounts of such charges.
US buyers are exempt of duties and import fees for order costing less then 800$ USD.
