Contains: 2 large corridors, 1 stair corridor, 1 door corridor, 1 corner corridor, 4 special corner tile, 2 sculpted floor tiles, 1 Olmec Head, 1 door panel.

Council Hall

1 Raised platform, 3 thrones, 1 Dragon head stair, 4 statues (crocodile headset). 4 Dual Dragon stand-alone pillar, 1 Special Door panel.
